She also incorporates Rolfing techniques to help release chronic tightness and restore mobility. Every session begins with understanding the client’s individual goals so the work delivers lasting relief — not just an hour of feeling good.
Before becoming a massage therapist, Diana taught middle-school math — an experience that sharpened her patience, attention to detail and genuine care for helping others reach their potential.
